About EfundoConnect
From classroom learning to real-world opportunity.
EfundoConnect is part of the efundo family — the same team behind efundo Online Education, a learning platform we install in schools to help students learn, grow, and build skills.
While efundo focuses on learning inside schools — courses, lessons, and digital classrooms — EfundoConnect extends that mission beyond the classroom. We connect the skills students and job seekers build to scholarships, jobs, training programmes, and grants that match their potential.
The efundo ecosystem

efundo Learning
Our LMS installed in schools. Teachers deliver lessons, students learn online, and schools build digital learning capacity — from primary to secondary education.
EfundoConnect
Our opportunities platform. We bridge the gap between what you can do and where you can go — scholarships for students, jobs for job seekers, and pathways for anyone ready to take the next step.
Our mission
To make it easier for anyone — regardless of background — to discover and access opportunities that match their skills, ambitions, and circumstances. Learning should not stop at the classroom door.
Built on real experience

EfundoConnect is built by people who understand education from the inside — from school classrooms in Zimbabwe to international robotics training through programmes like the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) initiative at IIT Kanpur.
We have seen firsthand how the right opportunity — a scholarship, a training programme, or a first job — can change a life. That is why we built a platform to help more people find theirs.

What we believe
- Preparation creates opportunity — skills built through learning open doors
- Access should be fair — talent is everywhere; opportunity should be too
- Education never stops — from school LMS to career pathways, growth is lifelong
- Local roots, global reach — rooted in African education, connected to international programmes
Who we serve
Seekers
Students in efundo-powered schools, graduates, unemployed individuals, and career changers looking for their next opportunity.
Providers
Schools, universities, employers, training bodies, and organisations who want to reach motivated, skilled talent.

About Luke P. Magaya
Luke P. Magaya curates and builds EfundoConnect — connecting skills to scholarships, jobs, training, grants, and fellowships. He is part of the team behind efundo Learning, the LMS installed in schools to help students learn and grow in the classroom.
Luke’s work sits at the intersection of education, access, and opportunity. He supports library and information services at Manicaland State University of Applied Sciences (MSUAS), helping students and researchers find the resources they need to succeed. View his MSUAS library profile →
He has been involved in initiatives that strengthen children’s rights in education — including UNICEF Zimbabwe’s partnership with Midlands State University to protect children’s rights through institutional collaboration.
Through international training such as the ITEC Robotics programme at IIT Kanpur, Luke has seen how preparation and the right opportunity can change trajectories. EfundoConnect extends that belief: talent is everywhere, and the right listing at the right time can open a door.
