Qualifications and Experiences:
- Certificate in Carcass Cutting
- 5 ‘O’ Levels
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG industry
- Understanding of statutes governing Butchery operations
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute daily production plan, maintain product quality, and implement cost containment.
- Merchandise products, handle customer queries, and conduct freshness checks.
- Implement product pricing, adhere to hygiene standards, and clean equipment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, manage merchandising, and adhere to safety standards.
