The Zimbabwe Information and Technology Empowerment Trust (ZITET) in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy Zimbabwe Public Diplomacy Section is inviting interested individuals to a Training Workshop on Building Resilience Against Disinformation to be held in Harare. The two day workshop will seek to build media literacy capacities of participants in combating and building resilience against disinformation in light of emerging technologies. This workshop comes on the backdrop of increased youth participation and engagement on digital media spaces for civic engagement and entrepreneurship. The target audience are emerging leaders aged 18-35 years who are already doing any form of service in their communities in terms of advancing community development or social justice.
