Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Business Management/Sales & Marketing/Public Relations
- 5 βOβ Levels (including Mathematics and English)
- Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in FMCG industry
- Understanding of Marketing & Public Relations concepts
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, manage queues, and attend to customer requests.
- Implement sales strategies, engage with customers for feedback, and analyze market conditions.
- Execute product merchandising, analyze freshness, and update price talkers.
- Collaborate with management on social responsibility activities and maintain service department standards.
