CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Business Management/Sales & Marketing/Public Relations
  • 5 β€˜O’ Levels (including Mathematics and English)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG industry
  • Understanding of Marketing & Public Relations concepts

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, manage queues, and attend to customer requests.
  • Implement sales strategies, engage with customers for feedback, and analyze market conditions.
  • Execute product merchandising, analyze freshness, and update price talkers.
  • Collaborate with management on social responsibility activities and maintain service department standards.
