Midlands State University Enterprises is seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to fill the following positions:
1. Receptionist – Enterprise Division (X1)
Qualifications:
- National Diploma in Secretarial Studies (Degree in Media, Communication, Public Relations, or Marketing Management is an advantage)
- Minimum of five Ordinary Level passes, including English Language and Mathematics
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing concepts
- At least one year of relevant work experience
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate customer feedback to Sales and Marketing Manager
- Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and create compelling marketing content
- Cultivate sustainable relationships with stakeholders and enhance brand loyalty
- Telemarketing, order processing, and market intelligence
2. Marketing Officer – Enterprise Division (X1)
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing Management
- Minimum of five Ordinary Level passes, including English Language and Mathematics
- Proficient in social media marketing and digital marketing concepts
- At least one year of experience in a related field
Duties:
- Achieve sales targets and implement effective marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Supervise and motivate sales team, develop incentive schemes
- Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and sales promotions
- Foster sustainable relationships with stakeholders and enhance brand loyalty
