Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Management
- 5 ‘O’ levels (including Mathematics and English)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG industry
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 system and financial record preparation
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify daily cash transactions, prepare bank statements, and maintain financial records.
- Collaborate with Store Accountant to oversee store’s financial management and reporting.
- Conduct daily cash counts, reconcile with Till Operator reports, and investigate variances.
- Process banking transactions, ensure cash office security, manage office stationery, and handle float money.
- Facilitate payments in collaboration with Store Accountant, ensuring compliance with accounting and internal controls.
- Display excellent time management, initiative, teamwork, and communication skills, adhering to procedures.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
