VACANCY
IT TECHNICIANS X2 (GRADE 10)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the above-mentioned post that have arisen within our organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Support and maintenance of existing ERPs and software.
(2) Performing network maintenance and system upgrades and security configurations.
(3) Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and networks.
(4) Provide technical support and training to end-users.
(5) Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
(6) Provide after-hours support as needed.
(7) Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT.
(8) Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS and ATTRIBUTES
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems like PROMUN, PASTEL, SAGE
- Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management, and project management skills.
- Must have 3 years working experience in IT support.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
