What is CSP?
CSP is a prestigious program dedicated to nurturing established community leaders. Focused on key areas such as democracy, human rights, environment, peace, conflict resolution, and gender equality, CSP equips participants with the knowledge and skills to drive positive change in their communities. The program comprises:
- Four-Month Fellowship in the U.S.: Engage in hands-on, real-world experience with leading U.S. organizations, enhancing your technical skills and expertise.
- Community Leadership Institute: Immerse yourself in a comprehensive graduate-level curriculum designed to bolster your leadership and management abilities. This includes in-person training, online courses, professional coaching, and networking opportunities.
- Community-Based Initiatives: Develop and execute a community project in collaboration with your U.S. host organization. After your return home, continue your impact with a six-month follow-up project in your local community.

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for CSP, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Citizenship in one of the eligible countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
- Minimum of two years of experience in community development, either as a full-time or part-time employee or volunteer.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Available to travel to the U.S. for four months from August to December 2024.
