Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management/Retail Management
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail supermarket FMCG industry
- 5 “O” levels including Maths and English
Skills and Competences:
- Experience in working with executives, providing strategic advice
- Understanding of Human Resource Management concepts
- Familiarity with statutes governing retail supermarket operations
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer buying patterns, predict future trends, and ensure zero stock outs on shelves
- Manage stock ordering, supplier relationships, and quality control
- Implement merchandising rules and maintain an appropriate product mix
- Provide supplier feedback and manage stock counts and variances

Post B: Receiving and Dispatch Supervisor (1 Post)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management/Retail Management
- 5 “O” levels including Mathematics and English
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail supermarket FMCG industry
Skills and Competences:
- Understanding of Human Resource Management concepts
- Knowledge of statutes governing retail supermarket operations
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock unloading, inspection, and compliance with order specifications
- Ensure cold chain principles are adhered to for perishable stock
- Oversee paperwork flow from receiving to inventory control
- Manage relationships with suppliers, stock rotation, and expiries
Post C: Butchery/Fruit & Vegetables Supervisor (1 Post)
Qualifications and Experience:
- ‘O’ Level Certificate
- Certificate/Diploma in Retail Management or Supervisory Management (added advantage)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail set-up
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue and Gross Profit targets for the Department
- Engage with customers for feedback and market intelligence
- Implement strategies to minimize stock losses and manage shrinkage
- Maintain health, hygiene, and safety standards in the department
